• E-Derma Market provides a web based online platform service where consumers and industry businesses can research, locate and shop for various dermatology and aesthetic products consisting of products ranging from worldwide suppliers, wide range of prices and different brands to respond to Buyers needs.
• The main purpose of this online platform is to provide an easy access to all users of the healthcare industry to a variety of dermatology and aesthetic products. The products displayed on the platform are introduced by third parties which have an inclination of doing commerce within the dermatology and aesthetic industry with its global peers and business networks.

Accounts and Registration

• You can browse products without registering, but in order to purchase any product you must register for an account. When you register for an account, you may be required to provide us with some information about yourself, such as your email address or other contact information, your industry, your product, its availability among others. You agree that the information you provide to us is accurate and that you will keep it accurate and up-to-date at all times. When you register, you will be asked to create a password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Usage

• If the information provided by you is false/deceptive/inaccurate or misleading, we reserve the right to delete your account without assuming any liability whatsoever.

Termination

• We may terminate or suspend access to your Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
• All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations liability.

• INDEX Conferences and Exhibitions Organization Est. has the sole discretion to oversee the business transactions taking place on the E-Derma Market Online Platform.

• E-Derma Market shall, in providing the Platform set out in these Terms of Use, comply with and all applicable laws and its Privacy Policy relating to the privacy and security of the any personal data (“Data”) and such document may be amended from time to time by INDEX in its sole discretion.
• The User agrees to process the Data in accordance with these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and any lawful instructions reasonably given by INDEX from time to time.
